Mice received i.v. bolus injections of fluorescein coupled CDCA. A. Sham control; B. BDL day 3. The videos show reduced CDCA uptake from the sinusoidal blood after BDL. Green: CDCA; Red: TMRE; Blue: Hoechst 33258.
