Intravital imaging of CLF transport in the liver of chronic CCl4 treated mouse (1 g/kg, twice a week for 2 months). Within few seconds after tail vein administration, CLF appears in the liver sinusoids, followed by rapid uptake by hepatocytes and excretion into the bile canaliculi and the ductular reaction.
